Background & Training

Lorraine Nolan trained under Veronica Dunne at the College of Music Dublin. She has worked extensively in theatre, concert and television and in addition has been much sought as a vocal coach to emerging singers.

Theatre & Opera

She has performed in productions of The Wizard of Oz in the Olympia Theatre and in Jesus Christ Superstar in the Gaiety. Her operatic credits include Verdi's La Forza del Destino, Puccini's Madame Butterfly and Puccini's Manon Lescaut with the Dublin Grand Opera Society.

International Tours

Lorraine is perhaps best known for her part as Lead Vocalist in Riverdance with which she toured the US and Australia for two years. In more recent times she toured in Ireland with the very successful production of Songbird – the Eva Cassidy story.

Current Work

She currently performs in the acclaimed musical entertainment act 3 Newbridge Sopranos. Lorraine also serves as Musical Director for Kilcullen Gospel Choir and One Voice children's choir.
